Starting point
Síclo’s website ran on Magento across three countries. The work covered its website, search visibility and the way leads reached the team.
What we did
We migrated the website to Webflow, improved its SEO and connected lead capture, CRM and reporting workflows.
Results
The published case records 70+ Webflow pages, 200+ SEO articles and reported savings of 85% on analytics tools.
Make the website work across three markets
Síclo’s website ran on Magento, with pages serving Mexico, Spain and Peru. The work called for more than moving the same pages to a different platform: existing designs needed attention, new pages were needed, and the site had to reflect the energy of the brand and its products.
We migrated a large part of the site to Webflow, redesigning existing pages and building new ones across the three countries. More complex animations helped present the products, while the wider build covered over 70 unique pages.

Give readers a relevant next step
Search brought people into the blog. The next question was what those readers should do once they arrived.
We optimized more than 200 articles and iterated on the reading experience. On the articles attracting the most traffic, we added calls to action matched to the subject. Someone arriving through a specific question could take a next step connected to what they had just read.
This made SEO and the on-page experience part of the same effort: help people find useful content, then make the route from that content to an inquiry clear.
Carry the inquiry into the sales workflow
The website was only the start of the handoff. Síclo’s sales and marketing teams also needed a way to capture, organize and follow up on leads.
We assembled a CRM using Google Sheets, Zapier, Streak and WhatsApp. Webflow submissions flowed into Google Sheets through Zapier, automating lead capture and reporting. Streak and WhatsApp supported the wider follow-up process, and we monitored the integrations as part of the engagement.

A connected website and operating setup
The result brought together a three-market Webflow site, a larger search-content program and an automated lead workflow. Meaningful’s published case also reports 85% savings on analytics tools, without a dated cost baseline.
The work connected the steps that mattered to Síclo: discovery, a relevant page, an inquiry and a team able to follow it up.
